We are hiring Backend Software Engineers for a leading IT company in Delhi NCR. The role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems that power modern applications. Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs
Build scalable server-side applications and business logic
Work with databases to ensure data integrity and performance

Implement security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
Optimize backend systems for performance and scalability
Debug, test, and maintain backend components

Requirements

Minimum qualification: BTech / MCA / BE / Relevant IT Degree
Experience: 3–8 years in backend software development
Strong knowledge of backend languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or PHP
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with cloud platforms and server deployment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
