Job Description

We are hiring experienced Golang Developers for a fast-growing IT company in Delhi NCR. The role focuses on building high-performance, scalable backend systems and microservices using Go (Golang). This position is ideal for developers who enjoy working on distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native applications.

Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang
Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Go code
Collaborate with frontend teams, DevOps, and product managers
Optimize application performance and handle high-traffic systems
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
Debug, test, and deploy production-ready applications

Requirements

Minimum qualification: BTech / MCA / BE / BCA / Relevant IT Degree
Experience: 2–7 years in backend development
Strong proficiency in Golang (Go) programming
Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture
Knowledge of databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels
Good problem-solving and communication skills
