Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Optimize campaign bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Performance Marketing job role, managing paid campaigns with measurable results.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, conversion funnels, and user acquisition.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
