We are hiring Backend Developers for a reputed IT company in Delhi NCR. The role focuses on building secure, scalable, and high-performance server-side applications. This position is suitable for professionals who enjoy working with databases, APIs, and backend frameworks while collaborating with frontend and DevOps teams.

Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services
Build and manage RESTful APIs and server-side logic
Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage data efficiently
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
Collaborate with frontend developers for smooth integration
Debug issues and optimize backend systems
Follow best practices for clean code and documentation

Requirements

Minimum qualification: BTech / BE / MCA / BCA / Relevant IT Degree
Experience: 2–6 years in backend development
Strong knowledge of backend languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or PHP
Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, Express, or Laravel
Good understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with APIs, authentication, and security concepts
Knowledge of Git and basic DevOps practices is a plus
Good communication and teamwork skills
