Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience (2-5 years) in a technical support or help desk role.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office productivity software.
Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and basic troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
